Lifting weights, losing fat (fat cells literally produce estrogen), also some foods like spinach have phyto-testosterone in them, chemicals/molecules from plants that mimic the effects of testosterone once absorbed into the blood stream. Lowering estrogen might help aswel. Lowering prolactin too. getting enough sleep is also important for optimal test levels.
